I saw something last night or this morning that said he did not use Facebook Live, he just recorded the video and then posted it later. If that is the case, then this is a platform that has existed for many, many years.

I hope they catch him before he strikes again. Usually these sick fucks turn the gun on themselves afterwards. Hopefully that's why they can't find him...he went to some basement somewhere and killed himself.
