Figure its about that time for schools to begin hosting open mats. Whitehall will have open mats Sunday's at 5 starting April 23, 2017. Are open mats are at Whitehall Yearling High School. The school address is Drive around through the back of the building and a door will be propped open.

Is anyone else holding open mats? We had about 11 at our first one. Hoping to increase number each week. Thanks to West for coming out and rolling with us

West HS hosts open mat every Sunday at 4PM. This open mat is a mix of high school wrestlers, and some adults who practice no-gi submission grappling. No high school athlete will be permitted to do no-gi submission grappling in live rolls.

Another great open mat yesterday. We had Whitehall Alumni, a state champ and national qualifier. We also had representatives from Bexley and Gahanna there too. Hope to keep on building as the off season goes on.

Any more open mats in the central Ohio area? I have a 4th and 7th grader. Did Central Crossing tonight.

Bexley will hold open mats every Wednesday, 6 pm in the cafeteria because of renovations. 326 S Cassingham Rd. Enter through the front main entrance and turn left at the hallway. Cafeteria will be directly ahead. Contact Coach Bragg with questions 614-915-6007.
