The roster is set....time to put it on the line and make your prognostications for the new season.
At the end of the season, we will roll this back and see who came closest. Last year's winner was T-Bone.

my prediction for the 2017 season...
The Tribe will easily win the division with 94 wins.....and take it all the way to the World Series for a rematch with the Cubs. Danny Salazar has a breakout year. Kipnis struggles with injuries and is shut down in August. Miller does okay out of the pen, but fails to dominate like last year.....Tribe doesn't need him to be.

95 wins. Division title. Not gonna make playoff prediction, cause superstitious...

Brantley comes back healthy. Yandy seizes a role with the bat. Kipnis regresses, due to shoulder. Santana continues to be extremely productive, yet unappreciated. EE goes .266/32/123. Ramirez doesn't regress as much as people think. Lindor top 3 MVP. We end up trading for a corner OFer or bring Zimmer up to replace Naquin, who sucks this year.

Miller doesn't K as much, but era remains insane. Allen gets 40 saves. Kluber has better paper numbers (W/L), but worse analytical numbers (i.e. He is slightly worse, but people done realize it and think he's better). Carrasco with an up and down year, but 200+ Ks. Salazar is an AS, and has a fantastic year. Top 10 CYA. Tomlin is steady as she goes, again. 13-8.
Bauer has a great year and ends up as our 3rd best pitcher behind Kluber and Salazar.

Also shout out to TBone. IF the tribe are in a position to close out a series please don't talk about how there is no fight left in the oppositions and they are done.

The Tribe will flirt with 100 wins but fall just short as they rest people in the last week to prepare for the playoffs.

98 wins. 64 Losses.

Jose Ramirez leads the Tribe and is top 5 in MVP voting. I'll call for .320/20/115 with 50 doubles and 20 steals.

Kluber and Cookie pace the staff. Salazar shows flashes of brilliance mixed with other frustrating starts. Bauer out performs expectations and Tomlin has a regression season and ends the year in AAA/Doesn't make playoff roster.

97 wins and a WS berth if healthy. This is the most excited I've been since I was a middle schooler.

I think the Indians have a bit of a let down. (I also think that about their opponent in the World Series last year...FTR)

I'm going with 87-75. Win the division, but lose in ALDS to the Red Sox.

I'm not making any predictions on Kipnis. After the way the Brantley situation went down last year, wouldn't surprise me in the least if we were told he would be shut down for the year, at some point.

Bauer does something stupid.

Bauer gets his azz kicked, maybe by a teammate.

Almonte sucks, and stays stupid.

Matthew McConaughey buys a new Lincoln, then to make a point dead falls into a swimming pool still wearing suit, tie, and shoes.

Go Tribe!

Nailed quite a few, but then yikes in Salazar. Best prediction was Bauer though. Might've been the only person who saw it coming and had faith.
