A discount retail chain which sells discounted name-brand merchandise that comes from factory and retail overstock, closeouts and customer returns.

Anyone ever shopped at "Bargain Hunt" or is it just another cheap generic Big Lots type of place?

i don't shop .... I know what I want or need and buy it from where I will get good service, support, quality, value, brand name products. The wife however shop at every Marshals, TJ Maxx, Outlets

Sounds similar to outlet stores. The few times I've been, I've not found much worthwhile - I assume anything decent is quickly scooped up, leaving everyone else with the stuff no one wants.

I have had pretty good luck hitting designer sales and end-of-season close outs at retailers. The close outs still usually give you a solid month or two of wear, and I'm a guy so no problem wearing it for several more years.

Lands End had a great outlet store in Cbus at one time. Had great deals on clothing.
