Offensive coordinator. Should be a good fit for him.

I think thats a great fit for all involved. I think it takes till year 2 to see the success, but I think it will be there.

nice move by the chiefs. with a solid qb and rb already in place, if bowe gets his head out of his ass and charlie adds a few pieces they could be solid pretty quick.

Romeo might get a job but is not working there yet.

If Romeo joins them, the buffet industry in KC will be worth investing some serious dollars in.

Excellent pick up by KC...Weis has always proven that he can run an offense and score lots of points...He will get that offense going pretty quickly since they already have nice pieces in place.

I'm thinking it would have been nice if Cleveland could have got him. Re-unite him with Quinn and maybe Quinn could improve but OH well it wasn't in the cards.

I think this is a nice fit for Weis. KC has a quarterback who is more than able to play in the NFL. They also have a young running back who has shown great promise. Their receivers are pretty solid as well (especially Bowe when he wants to play).
I look for an immediate improvement in KC, with a big boom in years 2 and 3.
