I think Mixon is unfortunately going to be very good for a few years.

Some saying Mixon actually wasn't in-trouble for domestic violence as it's been confirmed he was not in a relationship with the woman. It was just a "fight."

Are they claiming this makes his actions less objectionable?

Just heard it as a justification from at least 1 team as why he's still on their board. It's ridiculous, but I laughed at the reasoning.

Makes you wonder if Gordon has a screw loose or he thinks he's done with the Browns.

If it weren't for Manziel, Gordon is the biggest fuck up in the NFL.

Gordon easily. He actually had talent and the potential to get paid like a top 3 WR.

Yeah, Gordon had a ton of legit talent. Manziel had talent in Footwedge's and Iggy's eyes, but was mediocre at best as far as about everyone else's consensus.

Like how can he in his right mind blame the Browns for not wanting anything to do with him? He's made 1 awful decision after another

We've had this discussion before and it absolutely blows my mind. To be up front, I have no issue with weed, think they should legalize it and tax the shit out of it.

But it's hard to fathom how stupid this guy is.

Let's say you and I had a favorite food, and it was pizza....if someone told you "you can't eat pizza for 4 years and I'll give you $60 million" would you eat pizza over those 4 years? I can't speak for you but I wouldn't be able to spell pizza over that time period.

It would be one thing if marijuana were an addictive substance but, from what I've heard it isn't which make this a VERY dumb choice on his part.

There's no justifying his stupidity.

This guy is just a (talented) first class fuck up.

I also can't blame a guy who is beating his body up every week for smoking weed in the off-season. However, Gordon hasn't played in years so it's hard for him to use that it's used for any other reason except recreation.

Also, if you really want to smoke weed it is not hard to do it in the NFL. If you aren't in the "protocol" like dumbass Gordon got himself into, you only get tested once a year and you can smoke your brains out. My buddy is friends with Gronk, and he hung out with Gronk when he lived in Boston. He told me on two separate occasions he went over to Gronk's place and Gronk/Edelman both hot boxed his sauna. This was during the season. Basically players like Bell and Gordon are dumbasses.

I actually retract my statement. Manziel was garbage from Day 1 and blew it. Gordon had some talent and was a complete fuck up. Gordon is the bigger fuck up.

Good analogy. I would absolutely give up Pizza for 4 years in exchange for $60M.
