I hope these gun charges in DC dont impact the judge deciding Delonte West's gun case in DC.

so you think carrying guns is equivalent to keeping guns in your workplace and pulling one on somebody?

well he didn't pull a gun on crittenton, he just laid out all three guns in front of his locker and told crittenton to pick one so he could shoot gil in the knee...for whatever reason

gil acted like a moron after this news came out and this picture was probably the end of the line for stern

i mean look at those assholes lol

I agree, look at these idiots above. They should all be fined and suspended.

What West did is taken in a little different light because (a) he didn't bring them into the league office and (b) he does have mental issues of some sort and (c) he has shown remorse.

Now, that doesn't excuse West and I'm sure when the investigation is over West will receive his own suspension, but they are two different attitudes. One knew it was wrong and the other still thinks he was in the right.

Additionally, like West, Arenas would NOT have been suspended until the investigation was complete had he not acted the role of a foo last night.

What I don't get is why is nobody talking about Crittenton? If he and Arenas pulled guns on each other in the locker room then he had a gun at his locker too. Why was he not suspended and why is nobody talking about his situation?

Just a thought.

edit,
ok should have read the thread before posting. He used one of Gilbert's gun's. Dumb move just dumb. That picture shows it all. What are those guys laughing at. It isn't even funny. Odd very odd.

ps--what West did was not against NBA rules, big difference. I also think his guns were registered and in Baltimore what he did was only a misdemeanor so although what he did was reckless in most peoples eyes it wasn't against the rules and he never pointed a gun at anybody.

Wizards might actually benefit from this. They gave Arenas an awful contract (nice for Gil) and now there is talk that they could potentially be able to void his contract.

I agree with a just a swimmer though, why isn't anybody talking about Crittendon? He did the same thing haha.

I could be wrong but I don't think West's charges are in DC, West's charges are in Maryland.

Yep he was in Maryland but the charges look stiff. Up to 3 years jail time maybe. The weapons were not registered. ug....

Well... except that Arenas broke several gun laws in DC. You can't take a gun to your workplace and you most certainly can't pull it on somebody. Wake up to reality fella
