I'm football'd out. The hosts are terrible.

I did not watch, but my wife tried to watch them. She said the performances were not very good and all they did was make fun of Trump all night.

I refuse to watch these self-indulgent, over hyped musicians who actually think that people should care about their views.
They are there to entertain me, nothing more. If they do not entertain me, I have no interest in their political or social viewpoints.
Not one bit.

I watched most of it and the making fun of Trump and political views were not that prevalent.
I was hoping the Chainsmokers performance would be better.
For the entire evening I think Gaga was the best performance.

Stopped watching those, and the MTV awards, years ago and pretty much stick with just the country music awards. That is always a great show without all the stupid drama and political statements. Seems like in the other shows they just try to outdo eachother with the crazy performances. Just give me live acts, maybe dress it up a little like a regular concert.

... I didn't watch but saw clips from Gigi Hadid making fun of Trump’s wife. Hadid is a mindless, spoiled brat **** who wouldn't be shit if her mother wasn't an ex model & had pushed open every door she could for those two kids of hers into modeling. They come from cash, no college, and if they actually had to do a day’s work, they might act differently. Now she’s backtracking due to the backlash on twitter saying it was "humor"….ya, she’s a comedian alright! I wonder when she'll be at "Catch a Rising Star" to break out new material.

Especially the ones that probably were drafted and had no choice but to go fight an unwinnable war leaving them scarred for life.thavoice;1825861 wrote:You calling those in our military mindless?

Really, who watches that dumb shit. Terrible pop music with people thinking their political opinions matter in life. Sounds awesome.

TV awards shows: A thing for conservatives who need safe zones from people who have different points of view to bitch about!
