UCLA being inexcusably dumb late in this game. Crazy the stuff refs let go and call a foul on that put back but also....once position given up get the fuck out of the way. How big is that 1 point now?

Pretty much. Hart absolutely killed them. Even though it's a loss I like the way ND played today. I truly expected them to to be a borderline Tourney team this year, but the look like a 5 and under seed so far.

Pretty fantastic first half for Carolina/UK.

Malik Monk is an absolute stud. This is the first look I've had of him of any length. Sheesh.

You have like 7 or 8 pretty stacked teams this year. It's gonna be a fun season. UK, UNC and UCLA are 3 of the better offensive teams I've seen in a while. UK struggles with rebounding and Adebayo hasn't "gotten it" yet. Carolina has to like their position only down 5 with how great Monk and Fox have been. UK has nobody that can check Jackson. He could shoot 30 free throws (and make probably 18) in this game.

Butler/Indiana has been a good one too. Chris Holtmann just drew up a Brad Stevens-esque out of bounds play to possibly seal it.

Had to go to my girlfriend's work Christmas party, so I missed the Carolina/UK classic.

Probably better that way. I probably would've been pissed beyond belief watching Monk score 47. lol

Sparty just is bad this year. But they will probably win the B1G tourny and then make a deep run.

Nah, they lost too much and don't recruit well enough to make up for it. Losing Davis was a huge blow. I think Izzo figured he could milk that guy to stay another year by holding him down last year.

Coach K says what he did was unacceptable. So unacceptable that he continued to play him the rest of the game. Grayson calls it a mistake and was I tears after the game. They had a little sit down with the Elon player behind closed doors too. Such a joke. And don't give me "he's a completely different person off the floor." WHO CARES?!? He has intentionally tripped opposing players 3 times in a year and a half's time. He HAS to be suspended. And it better be more than 1 game.
