He's made it clear he wants to join the cavs. Teams usually don't claim vets in the waiver process after being bought out as a respect to the player. It's kind of one of those unwritten rules. Health and mobility. He hasn't been healthy since the finals, can't really run anymore, can't stretch the floor, or switch on defense. He is a fantastic passer, below avg rebounder (esp for size/position), solid rim protector.
