We were driving along somewhere in GA and all of a sudden traffic came to a crawl. We get about a mile up the road and we see this in the South bound lane. No other vehicles were involved.

I-95 or I-75 ? I just went I-95 up and back to Florence, S.C. and Georgia is lousy with construction and rough road. Went 4 hours across Virginia and it reminded me how much I like the flat, smooth roads here.

I-95.

Other than this traffic was fine coming home. Heading down for the game we got stuck in 3 hours of traffic between SC and GA.

That was at the 35 mile marker just outside Macon. My wife and I saw an old white driver trying to change his oil under there.

Why did you have to specify white?

He was driving for White Freight. A Yellow driver and and Overnight driver were in line behind him.

Funny you mention a semi wreck..I seen this just last week in Alliance..sadly..it's not the first time I've seen it at this spot. Lol This isn't the ACTUAL photo...just to give you an idea of what happened.

That is pretty bad but at least it is explainable. The wreck we saw was a real WTF?

I'm thinking someone will put freehuddle on the bridge and the other huddle on the side of that truck.

Well..it's not really explainable when this one has a sign CLEARLY marked 11'3".

Explainable in the fact that it is easy to see how it happened. The guy drove under a bridge that was too low to fit.

How the hell did the driver of the one truck manage to get wedged in sideways like that? WTF was he doing?!

I saw a very similar thing in the mountains on the WV turnpike coming home from North Carolina over Christmas.

Before or after the wreck?

My guess is he fell asleep.

My only argument to that is it looks like the barrier preceding the overpass is still intact. Doesn't make sense.

This just happened about 2 weeks ago near here.

Right into the bridge support and truck burst into flames killing the driver.

Did a number on the bridge support too.

He was hauling Ramen Noodles.

Yeah, the barrier wasn't touched and extended a few hundred yards back.
