Batter out from what I understand.mhs95_06;1813789 wrote:I wonder what the call would have been had he hit it
I agree with this. No reason to not use BrittonIronman92;1813799 wrote:I disagree. Britton is the best pitcher, he should be used in the biggest moment and can go 2 innings.
You gotta get to the closing chance first...that can't be done if the game is over. Game might go on for a while....going to guys in the bottom portion of your pen over Britton because it's not a save situation?

There is an argument, maybe not the best argument here, but I thought you trusted Buck! I thought Buck was one batter late getting Tillman out, and should have had Britton in for that last batter.Ironman92;1813807 wrote:Britton faced 254 batters this year and allowed 1 HR. There is no argument for using 6 pitchers AFTER the starter was removed and 1 of them wasn't the best relief pitcher in baseball.
I don't believe another manager in baseball gets this Orioles team to the playoffs....but in the last 2 innings of this game he could've used me to help him not overthink things lol.bases_loaded;1813810 wrote:That's a fireable offense right?

yup, wow...Buck screwed up last night, plain and simple--but it's always easy to look at the results and say that--it has to be tough to make a decision that backfires, especially on a big stage like that.Ironman92;1813796 wrote:This guy is nasty but if they lose and don't pitch Britton, wow
