Going to a concert there soon and looking where to stay. I will be using uber to get to and from where im staying due to a lot of drinking. Looking online doesnt seem like much near the actual venue. Better to stay downtown and uber? We plan on eating and drinking beforehand and after as well.

Suggestions if we stay downtown? Suggestions if we stay closer to venue?

I have no idea where it is in relation to the venue, etc., but The Eagle is GOAT. Their fried chicken is the best I have ever had.

Went to a concert at riverbend last summer. We stayed at a hotel downtown and uber'd to and from. It was a nightmare. On the uber there, there was a several mile long traffic jam so we ended up getting out and walking the last few miles.

On the way out, it was next to impossible to get an uber. Had to place the drop a mile away and walk to the uber or else we would have never got it.

Still a fun time, just sucked with ubers.

Took 20 minutes to get out...not bad I all. I was prepared for much worse. The sound there is killer. We were just 10 rows off the stage.

As we arrived it was storming with heavy lightning and we just sat in the car waiting for the storm to pass. After about 10 minutes it was still pouring and out of nowhere 2 girls jump in the back seat of our vehicle and as they are shutting the doors they both realize...DERP, wrong car. Lol

Will definitely be going back to Riverbend

20 minutes isn't bad! Sometimes you get lucky, and sometimes the traffic patterns at certain venues isn't bad at all.

think I have seen a 'movie' start like that before........
