He owed gambling money. Got a tip from whom he owed money The same guy was also owed money from the CEO of Dean Foods.
Lefty acted on it and made almost a cool million.

No criminal charges but he did have to pay back the profit and interest. What a dipshit. He bought, made $900k, and sold within a week... And yet he didn't know it was insider trading.
