No criminal charges but he did have to pay back the profit and interest. What a dipshit. He bought, made $900k, and sold within a week... And yet he didn't know it was insider trading.

Yeah it kinda disappeared. I feel like it was said he didn't do anything wrong.

He got a free pass from the SEC his was worse then Martha Stewart's allegations.
