A very bad call on the 3-0 pitch to Suarez, and a wrong 3rd strike call on Meso cost the Reds a way more productive first half inning.

Meso caused that walk to to the P by causing him to lose focus due to his letting a low breaking ball get thru his wicket, at least the 2nd one like that in this short season. Don't give any room under on low breaking balls!

On Finnegan's too short of a bunt, David Ross messed up by throwing the ball too soon and letting Duvall be able to turn and go toward 3rd and allow a very good base-running Finnegan to get to 2nd.

Price needed to have the pen working to start the inning, not after they get one on. They should have them ready when the pitchers spot comes up to choose depending on who Maddon puts up!
