Otterbein University USA Wrestling-Ohio Freestyle/Greco State Qualifier Tournament Sunday, April 10, 2016
Registration and Weigh-Ins:
•NO pre-registrations
•NO online registrations
•Registrations at Otterbein University, 1 S. Grove St. Westerville, OH 43081
•Schoolboys = born 2002-2003
•Cadets = born 2000-2001
•Juniors = 9/1/96 and after plus enrolled in high school
• Schoolboys, Cadets, and Juniors can register/weigh in:
-Sat. April 9 from 7:00-8:00 PM for Greco and/or Freestyle
-Sun. April 10 from 7:00-7:30 AM for Greco and/or Freestyle
-Sun. April 10 from 10:00-11:00 AM for Freestyle ONLY
•Bantam = born 2008-2009
•Intermediate = born 2006-2007
•Novice = born 2004-2005
•Bantam, Intermediate, and Novice can register/weigh in:
-Sat. April 9 from 7:00-8:00 PM for Greco and/or Freestyle
-Sun. April 10 from 7:00-7:30 AM for Greco and/or Freestyle
-Sun. April 10 from 10:00-11:00 AM for Greco and/or Freestyle
Fees:
•Cadets and Juniors: $15 for one style or $25 for both styles
•Bantam, Intermediate, Novice, Schoolboys: FREE
USA Wrestling Card (MANDATORY):
•All wrestlers must have a current USA Wrestling card for the 2016 season
•USA wrestling cards are needed in order to wrestle in all of the qualifiers and the state tournament
•Cards are available online at www.usawrestling-Ohio.org (Visa or MasterCard required)
•USA wrestling cards are $40 if purchased online before the tournament
-If card says "Verification Required", bring proof of age to tournament (see below).
•USA wrestling cards are $50 if purchased April 9-10 at registrations
-If purchasing card at registrations, bring proof of age (see below).
•
roof of age is any state/government issued document with age:
-examples: birth certificate, driver's license, passport, etc.

•Schoolboy, Cadet & Junior Greco starts at 9:00 AM
•Bantam, Intermediate & Novice Freestyle starts at 11:30 AM, followed by Greco
•Schoolboy, Cadet & Junior Freestyle starts at 12:00 PM or after Greco concludes
Singlets required:
Red and Blue singlets are recommended, but not required
State Qualification:
•Cadet & Juniors: Top 6 in each style/weight qualify to the state tournament
•Schoolboys & Below: All are eligible to wrestle in state Meet
