Figured I would start this for the MAC contingent on here, assuming any of them still post.

I don't see how anyone messes with Akron honestly, but still hoping Ohio can put something together. They better make it to Friday because I already have tickets.

Aw, they got rid of the "top two seeds get byes all the way to the semis" deal? That could have helped. Kind of an over-the-top way of helping high seeds do well, but when your team is one of those high seeds, it is nice to watch all the rabble kill themselves off for the privilege of facing you.

It was pretty stupid, but of course Ohio overachieved this year and gets the 2 seed the first year it's back to the old way.

They did keep it so that it's straight seeding, the west division still doesn't get a 2 seed even though half of the east was better than them automatically like they did previously in this format

I give Eastern Michigan props for at least doing enough to get me to believe they might be able to upset Akron, leading by three early in the second half.

BG gives zero fucks lol, on to the semis

They're not a bad team, just not quite there yet. Clearly they're close as they're piecing this week together pretty damn well.

They have no big man really at all. Too bad Richaun Holmes wasn't a senior this year, would have been a totally different team

Akron vs. BGSU and Ohio vs. Buffalo.

That could be two really good semis. BG has been playing well recently, beating Ohio near the end of the regular season and making a nice tournament run with two upsets of higher rated seeds. And a couple weeks ago, Ohio and Buffalo had an OT classic which the Bobcats won 103-96.
