You'll be crying next month when the heating bill comes. All the heat in your home is roaring up that chimney too.gerb131 wrote: Its roaring good now, any closer and my face may melt off.

We have a wood burning stove and 3 fireplaces in my house...and it's always freezing no matter what. Ugh.

Been thinking about a pellet stove as well. My house is gas which is astronomical but the furnace rarely kicks on, I have the thermostat set on 70 and my digital indoor thermomether is readng 74.4.Fab4Runner wrote: We have a wood burning stove and 3 fireplaces in my house...and it's always freezing no matter what. my friends in WY had a pellet stove and hated it. Pellets were really expensive, and the feeder on the damn thing always broke (he just kept 2 springs on hand to change them out).gerb131 wrote:Been thinking about a pellet stove as well.
