Non contract part of it freaks me out. Feel like it could happen to me walking down the hallway.

Hahahaha vikings traded a 1st in 2017 and a 4th in 2018 for.... Sam Bradford. Wtf. Awesome for us Browns fans bc now we have a great shot at 2 top 5 picks.

I saw that today and thought I had to be reading a misprint. How the fuck (other than pure desperation on Minn's part) does a scrub like Bradford still warrant a first?

Vikings are a contending team who couldn't roll with a 35-year old injury-prone QB. They had no leverage.

They aren't "contending" with Bradford as their QB.

They are giving up if they start Hill. I see your point, but their feet were against the fire. Doubt many teams were dealing QB's...

Plenty of other QBs that could have potentially taken them to the playoffs and it wouldn't have cost them a first and fourth.

I wonder if they called Cincinnati about McCarron.

Vikings overpaid for Bradford. Bradford isn't that good and will lead them to the same place as a replacement level QB; watching the playoffs at home.

Good for the Browns though because the Eagles are going to get stomped this year and we will have two high draft picks.

No way they would've dealt him (I think they should've considered him). If they did that deal, and Dalton goes down, they basically become the Vikings.

Now, they could've waited and signed Sanchez.

Why? He must be trash bc he can't even beat Andy Dalton out for starting qb.

I agreed. Bengals need to keep McCarron during this window they have to make a legit run. He had them in position to win a playoff game last year if it weren't for the meltdown. I can see Bradford doing well in Minny. They had to do something at QB and who knows if TB will be back week 1. Sanchez, eh. No way. It was his job to lose in Denver, and he lost it. Steep price to pay but when you are desperate.

Bengals signed Driskell and will their 3rd guy and local kid Wenning, who broke his ribs on that big time hit last week, is without a spot.

Id rather have RG3 whose rookie year was better than any season dalton will ever have. He least has an arm to get Pryor, Coleman, Gordon the ball down field. I'd rather have either over a fat rapist pos though.

A fat rapist pos with two super bowl rings.......

I would rather have Dalton over RGIII. Yeah, I get he hasn't won a playoff game, YET, but Dalton has progressed and performed very well. If the steelers didn't have BR I would take Dalton in a heartbeat

He's nothing special, but he's surely better than RG3.

Griffin is mentally weak, most likely a shitty teammate, and difficult to coach. People change though, so time will tell.
