Happened in Kentucky the other day. Up to 2,000(wtf!) teenagers gathered at a suburban mall disrupting and harassing shoppers that eventually lead to the mall being shut down. This really fascinates me because it's such a large number, hard to believe it's a one-time, isolated incident.

No arrests? If one person accosts/ harasses a person they get arrested ... But if it's a large group you just let them go?

yeah you can arrest some of them, until one of them fights the cops and gets hurt. then the cop is sued/charged with a crime, suspended and ultimately has his career ruined.HitsRus;1771938 wrote:No arrests? When I lived in Kansas City this would happen every 6 months or so and the kids planned it on social media. It was a way for them to loot stores.

Cops in Cleveland(and around the nation)are writing far less tickets and making significantly less arrests in the wake of intense public and media scrutiny of their actions. While the lead on this story is about a police supervisor offering a bounty for issuing citations, a move that disgusted almost everybody including cops themselves, the reason behind it is even more concerning. While a few less traffic citations might make a lot of us happy, arrests for felonies have dropped too.... And it's not because less crime is being committed. Police have become less willing to inject themselves into dangerous situations where their lives or their careers could be put in jeopardy. and although giving a prize for writing the most tickets probably isnt the best idea, there is a reason why those communities with low crime rates that are right next to high crime communities generally have less crime, its because criminals know they will get pulled over and caught with the stolen car, stolen property, or concealed gun etc etc.
but what I would I know....doing this for a living and such.

Same thing happened at Easton. If i go its between 11-5pm. Used to enjoy movies there but not any longer.

Wen you go to movies at Easton spend the extra money for cinema suites it's 21+ and keeps the trash out
