Yes. And there's only 2 ND players I'd even want on the Browns and that's jalon smith and will fuller. Which smith isn't happening but fuller is possible but I have others I want before him.

It doesn't blow. There's just not an Andrew luck.

We need an NFL quarterback. Not another year of Johnny football and high draft picks.

Id rather roll with mccown or trade for one. The only qb I'd even think about taking would be goff but no way do I want him at 2

MKC reporting Joe Thomas will ask to be let out of his contract if there is turnover, specifically made a comment to if it's someone like Mangini was.

McCown puts up good fantasy numbers but then turns it over and NEVER FUCKING WINS, I don't see how you can stick with that in any scenario.

I'm not about wasting the number 2 pick on a qb that won't even be in the elite/very good category. There is no qb in this draft worth drafting number 2. Id rather spend that pick on a guy like bosa then use it on a risky qb who more than likely won't be the future

I was off the QB train for awhile, but after the coaches all get fired, I'd say that's the end of Johnny and we need a QB. I'd take Goff or Lynch depending on how the combine and other things play out (assuming they still both come out). What sucks is that both CBS college football draft analysts put all QBs in this draft below Mariota and Winston last year.

Fuck playing another season with McCown or Austin Davis. I would take Stafford over anyone if we could somehow get him.

Yep. The Cleveland way. It's done so well for us.

And there's also no way Boss slips past Tennessee so you might as well just stop saying that.

I think Goff will be the best pro QB....maybe middle of the line starter.

Said Tunsil would be starting tackle on 28 teams in the league right now.

I know Cleveland doesn't go there and drafting WR in first round often isn't necessary but I think Daquon Treadwell will be a star receiver in the league.

I could easily see Tennessee going OT. And taking a qb just to take a qb bc we have the number 2 pick is beyond fucking retarded. Unfortunately this qb class sucks. If it was last year and we had the pick of Winston or miarotta I'd say sure lets go QB. But not with these qbs coming out

Tennessee should go with Tunsil. Aside from finding a franchise QB, the next most important thing is protecting your franchise QB.

Even if they use the #2 on a QB, I could still see them starting the season with McCown as the starter.

I'm also in "wait & see" mode on who the head coach is and what kind of defense he'll be running. If it's a 3-4, I might shy away from Bosa. He's a beast but unless they are going to convert him to OLB, he's kind of small for a 3-4.

Right now, I think the offense needs a QB, a WR and an OG/C and they will be fine. Defense is another story although I like the progress Shelton made at the end of the year.

In my eyes, next year will probably not be much better but they may eek out a few more wins.

"Going QB just to go QB"

That's the dumbest thing ever and you guys keep saying it.

Taking a QB just to take one is like putting 10 qbs on the white board and throwing a dart at one to pick one.

You do your private workouts, look at combine numbers, and study film to find a QB who will be a franchise QB. It shouldn't be that fucking hard, it's their god damn jobs to evaluate college players.

This franchise can't continue taking qbs with their late first's or second-third round picks.

We finally have the chance to take the top quarterback, and our fans want to draft a DE. Who has just as much a chance to bust as Goff or Lynch or any other QB. You guys are just as fucking stupid as the 37 former Browns GM's who thought like you and are now unemployed.

Joe Thomas talking alot after the loss today. Seems to dislike Manziel again, said he might want to leave now, etc.

Came off as whiney, honestly.

I mean he has every reason to be frustrated, but it still came off as whining.

Why are you so sure either of these QB's are NFL level QB's?

Every couple years there is an NFL draft with no really good QB's in it, this could be one of them, which is what a lot of us are saying.

What if after the workouts, neither of these QB's are rated/ranked very high, are you still wanting the Browns to take the best of the 2, even if he's valued as the 10th (or Lower) prospect in the draft?
