For sure, Ohio State is the best team in the B1G, but karma has a way
of coming back to haunt you...
The same fates that conspired to bring them to the sweetest, most improbable National Championship, denied them the opportunity to repeat. Last year, they lost the one game that they could have... This year they list the one game they couldn't .
But the real irony, is that ONE play... ONE improbable play... One that they weren't even involved with... One play that Buckeye fans savored and gloated over... Denied them the chance to play for the NC.
That ONE play, of course, was the blocked punt returned for a TD in the Michigan/Michigan State game.
