It's not right to racially profile anyone but the neighbor who felt there was suspicious activity decided against reporting it because they didn't want to deal with the PC culture that would label them racist. Perhaps if they were white, the cops would have been called and then event would have been avoided. However since we live in a society that focuses so much on race, its not worth the effort to report minorities for anything if you are white because the backlash for being wrong would be too great.

From what I understand neighbors did see something and did not say anything. Either because they did not want to racially profile or be perceived as doing so. From what I gather the activity they observed was "strange" but not obviously illegal. Would they think it as strange had white folks been engaging in it who knows.

I don't think that muslims getting together should be considered suspicious. I said the neighbor felt something was suspicious but didn't bother reporting it because he didn't want to deal with the PC backlash.

I know its hard for a simpleton like yourself not to understand what suspicious activity looks like, but them being Muslim probably isn't just what this guy noticed. could have been construction going on at night, the guy taking pipes into his house but not doing any plumbing work. random people showing up at the house during all hours of the night. maybe he saw empty ammunition boxes in his neighbors trash or the windows were blacked out. none of that is illegal, all of it is suspicious. hell I barely talk to my neighbors, but it wouldn't be hard to figure out when something is out of the ordinary after living here for a few months.

Thank you; you are tracking well. I never said nor implied that you report any and all Middle Easterns whenever you see one or more; the progressives on here merely took a comment and ran wild with it, again. Rather, if you saw a group of those who do fit the terrorist profile and their presence appeared abnormal for any number of reasons such as they had never been around before, it was not "a holiday", they were hauling materials in an out of a residence, they showed up at odd times during the day (such as when most people would be at work) etc...etc... then yes you probably have a duty to at least inform authorities of what you are seeing and let them make the decisions from there. Yes, most citizens should be able to do some preliminary 'separating the wheat from the chaff', and if they still feel there could be a problem arising, then let the authorities take it up, as Spark says. Essentially this is what I said and meant. And it is good to know there are at least a couple of others agreeing with such a rational approach.

For the last time; it is not about race and religion; it is about criminality and terrorism. And as much as the Left seemingly appears to have wished it were WASP's flying the planes on 9/11; it wasn't!
