Soon...yes, very soon it will upload onto our YouTube channel.

In the meantime, feel free to read the article written about the Central District All-Star Meet (results coming soon) located HERE.

Nice write up Cruise. The event was great and you did it all due justice.

I personally wouldn't vote to structurally change a thing. Of course it would be nice for all local programs to get behind this thing and support it, but that is not really within the CDWCA's control though. Having O-Lib absent, made it a little like a smile with a missing tooth (in the immortal words of one Charles Winchester). But as our football coach says every summer when word leaks out about this kid or that kid deciding not to play football this season, "We're interested in the kids who are here, not those who aren't".

I agree that CC...HS is a better tournament team vs. dual team! It would be great if Fusner was able to come back, but I think that's a done deal.

Thanks for staying after it Cruiser!

The "Bigs" (DI) seemed to roll a little more clearly than I thought they would have over the "Littles" (D2-D3). It appeared, to me at least, that the D2/D3 guys lacked some of the high end folks they've had in the past. Purely cyclical I'm sure.

The final tally was edge to the DI team by a count of: 32-8-2 (W-L-T).

The D2/D3 guys held their own at the lower weights, going 4-5 at 106-120.

They then went 4-27-2 at 124 and above.

And they went 0-16-2 at 124 to 160.

Not implying a trend or anything meaningful, but I thought it was interesting.

Thanks for doing the stats. For some reason, I love that kind of stuff!
