Street drag racing back in the day was a every weeked event. We had a fun life.
We had 4 locations where we would strike them off and advoid the police.
Street racing is dangerous but that was part of the excitment and adventure ..... made you feel good
As teenage we spend a lot of our time preparing for the weekend and the potential race ... than time was learning, knowing mechanics, hardwork and staying out of trouble. Those of us that raced had respect for each other, our cars and support to help fair and honest street racers.
Alway laughted at the parent protected kids who would be driving mom and dads car... Stupid kids knew nothing about racing or the car sure sign of something would go badly.

Some of you guys need to get out more, try a little danger for once ... make you feel alive.

This TV show is a controlled Street Racing for TV they race in industrial parks, small airports the only danger is the driver or a engine/blower explosion at the start line.
