Numbers were small on night one but the work out was OUTSTANDING! These will continue each Tuesday throughout the season. You can sign up at any time! Take advantage!

I hope those in attendance understand the magnitude of what they are receiving. Mr. Anderson (stated in my best Matrix voice) is TOP-NOTCH.

For those of you wondering or on the fence concerning this training opportunity - DO IT! Juuuust DO IT!!!!!!!!

Big #ShoutOut to the Big Walnut coaching staff for providing this.

Huntergreen and Cruiser,

To be honest, my son would be real interested in this....but....his high school practices don't end until 5:30. So by the time he gets a shower and then drives over, the session is finished. I'm sure many wrestlers are in the same boat. I realize that you have to do these things when you can, but is there any chance that they could begin later in the day? I realize that it may not be possible, but it may explain the low numbers....at least initially.

plateman! Thanks for asking.

I have absolutely nothing to do with the sessions, but I'm sure huntergreen will try. As you state, no guarantees other than he will ask.

I will ask Coach Anderson about it. He is a firefighter and works the late shift, so we had to schedule it at that time. However, moving it back 30 minutes might be a possibility.

OK, it has been approved! The start time for club has been moved to 5:30 PM and will run until 7 each week. Each session is broken down into 45 minutes of technique and 45 minutes of live/drilling and conditioning. Bring your friends!
