Pretty god damn good time, if I say so myself. Anything close to sub 3 hours is cruising along for 26 miles....imo.DeyDurkie5;1757574 wrote:He must have ran hard.

How sad is Said? Posts a thread on one username, switches over to his other username and somehow tries to justify the thread.
Jesus what a sad sad life.

You're right. Jesus did have a sad life. He died for our sins.
Prayers.

Do you prefer baby Jesus or bearded Jesus when you say grace, S&L?

Running is a waste of time. Not a healthy activity to do.

I'd also like to add I hit 8 reps for 3 sets on the bench with 385 lbs on my 48th birthday yesterday.
And one of my cats took a shit in the litterbox this morning.
I also ate eggs yesterday....
Anyone else got any stupid shit they want to post? Jesus....

3:15 is not remotely close to "sub 3 hours". It's more than a 30 second pace difference.Uz2Bon36;1757576 wrote:Pretty god damn good time, if I say so myself. Anything close to sub 3 hours is cruising along for 26 miles....imo.

OK. I should have said low 3's instead of close-to sub 3.queencitybuckeye;1757756 wrote:3:15 is not remotely close to "sub 3 hours". It's more than a 30 second pace difference.

Good time. But like benching 300 lbs, it's meaty ocra compared to anything that could be considered impressive, like "congrats, you're a mediocre almost-elite athlete". Like a porn star with a 8" dick.

I think it's good to know that CC has something he's good at. As from his years posting here, the Huddle, etc., we all know that formulating intelligent thoughts is well beyond his abilities. Everyone needs to be able to say they're skilled at something.

Cut him some slack. He's a union employee who teaches kick ball for a living.Heretic;1757835 wrote:I think it's good to know that CC has something he's good at.
