Probably a jinx but quite the atmosphere in the finals with Djokovic/Federer

Federer down to nothing and if he can win this game holy hell the place will go nuts.

Of course I jinxed Federer....down 5-2, got it back to 5-4 and up 40-15 on Djokovic and then I sent this to be posted.

Fail

Watching Federer is depressing at this point. I wish he would retire.

It is like watching Phil or Norman anymore where he gets close but can no longer get over the hump in big tournaments.

He beats Nadal and Djoker at the crappy tournaments but those 2 hand him his ass at every major every time he runs into either of them. It's going on like 3-4 years now and it's getting hard to watch.

To see him piss away break after break tonight was painful. It would be nice to see him win one more slam, but he can't beat these guys anymore when it counts the most in a 5 set match.

He should go out next year as his last while he's still playing pretty well and can hold his head high.

If you were watching in realtime last night you'd know that not even I could capture how depressing it was to watch knowing how it was going to end before it even started. It made it that much harder everytime Roger looked like he might finally be getting over the hump only to not be able to get the big point he needed.

This was the first tennis thread I could find to pull up.

Federer has to be sportsman of the year already. Just incredible. Doesn't drop a set at Wimbledon and only broken...once???

Also, lol at Iggy. Always dramatic, rarely right.

God iggy was so dumb.

If I get some time later I'd love to search his old posts and see how wrong most of his predictions were.
