Much needed off day for the Tribe today. The Tigers will be taking the Royals this evening in KC. After trimming the WC deficit to 4 games...back to back losses have dropped the Tribe to 6 back. If it hasn't been do or die already...it officially is now. The Tigers have been scuffling of late and find themselves last in the division. They are ripe for the picking.

The Indians won't play another game vs a team outside of the Central until October 2nd.

I would like to see them make this interesting... they do have the pitching to make a deep playoff run IF they could sneak into a wild card spot. The offense has been better, but still disappears from time to time. They have the Twinkies 7 more times this year...so if they could take of business there, and get a little help with the Rangers......(dreaming)
