Is there drama, dirt and secret in your work place?
As a one time owner I tried to keep this type of stuff and situation to a minimum but dealing with people it is impossible to prevent.

what the dirt in your work place?

I see you also keep the verbs to a minimum.

Constantly. My job sucks. Not because of the job, but because of the people. I've never seen so many grown ass men with pretty good pay whine, cry, and act like junior high girls like I have at my job.

As a matter of fact, like always, you are wrong. For the most part, it's the old fucks with 30+ years that don't want to retire, yet, are lazy as fuck and don't want to do any actual work. Nice try though.

Well yeah if they've been doing the same mindless tool & die BS you do for 30+...I can concur, they probably are worthless. But most of my contemporaries are running the show somewhere by now and we lead a rich wonderful life. Going the Club right now to have a crab salad.

I work with one other person, and it's probably more fucked up than any other workplace mentioned here.

You seem to forget, a few of us know what you did for a living, and there's no way in hell you went from that career to some career that pays you to live a lavish lifestyle, so hey, talk about my mindless tool and die job all you want. Keep those lies rollin'!

I have always wondered what is "pretty good pay" not being smart just curious what everybody thinks...

Dead on. I work with a few who have been around for a while. Old dogs can't learn new tricks. It's beyond frustrating.

Obviously that would be a different answer for everyone.

No "dirt" at my work, to my knowledge, but back in the early 80's, a famous serial killer's mom used to work for my company so she may have had some secrets....

our stock is down like 40% in the past 3 months and there are rumblings that the board is on the verge of removing our CEO who has had the job less than 18 months. not sure i buy it, but i've bever seen the stock perform like this so i guess there could be some fire under that smoke cloud.

It's tearnan. He has no option but to lie because he lives such a pathetically miserable life. I truly feel for anyone unfortunate enough to share his genetic makeup (if he actually has kids; I'm convinced he's a deadbeat loner rather than a deadbeat dad).

The only people who really bring dirt into our workplace are the boss, his wife, and one of the higher-ups. It's aggravating.

If you can pay your bills, put clothes on your back, food in your belly and are happy with that...then I say its good pay!

The craziest thing I've ever had happen at work was with a really nice guy who just stopped showing up one day. (It didn't happen at work but it's still crazy) Apparently his uncle came into money and he showed him this big pile of cash. So he chopped his uncle up into little pieces and hid the pieces in a barrel. He took the money and ran. They eventually caught him and he committed suicide in jail before he went to trial. I still have a hard time believing it because he was always happy and friendly.

There are enough middle-aged women at my workplace for there to be a never-ending supply of gossip and mindless chatter.

Doesn't bother me. I have headphones and just use their non-stop jabbering as my excuse to turn up music and jam while working. I'm more productive that way and don't have to worry about my brain cells disintegrating due to actually following their conversations.
