I saw it happen. Absolutely crazy. Some dumb ass was fighting with another guy and pulled a gun and tried to shoot the guy and shot a 13 year old girl in the leg twice. The coo I talked to said it was gang related

Did you get on at tower city? I tried to get on and they had it closed for 3-5 hours. Luckily I caught a bus to the terminal to westpark. Took a little longer but better than waiting

We had an amazing time yesterday. We got to our RTA station at about 6:45 am and managed to get a spot, which was kind of surprising because they only have 50 there. But there wasn't a huge line for the train, so we were downtown by 7:15. We walked around, found a place to get breakfast, and then posted up in the parking lot right outside Thirsty Parrot/Wilbert's. There is a guardrail that we stood on to see over everyone. Plus we were able to walk to and from Wilbert's as needed. It really worked out perfectly.

We took off right after the parade passed us, which was a smart move considering everything that happened outside Tower City + the line for the trains. We were back in Akron by about 4, and got to watch the majority of the rally on TV.

Got to airport at 7:30am all lots were full except Brown lot...so I decided we would drive North till we couldn't anymore...hardly ANY traffic on 71 north from airport, got off at Tremont, parked there and walked to corner of Carnegie and Ontario by 9:00. Had a great spot for parade, after it passed, walked back to Tremont tried to have lunch at Southside it was full, went to Parrolox instead and was back to Dover just as Lebron's speech ended. Great day and glad the RTA was full as we wouldn't have been home anywhere close to when we were. Next year will do the same except leave later and park closer.
