One was also shot in the head from behind in Charleston, SC last week. I believe the cop lived. There was a few day hunt for the guy that ended up with a 14 hour standoff and then the guy shooting at the cops, resulting in him being killed by the fuzz.

Hopefully the police are not on drugs, mentally challenged or on-duty while extremely distraught. My point is, I feel remorse when innocent bystanders are shot and killed. Were you referring to the "people who fight cops and resist arrest" as innocent bystanders? ...or are you referring to a particular case when innocents were caught in a crossfire between good guys and bad guys? Most certainly, I hope you are not implying that because cops choose to be public servants, and they put their lives on the line for us every day , it is not horrific when they are executed just because they wear a uniform?
