The banking "cartel" was hit with another huge fine yesterday for manipulating the prices of currency...yet...just like the mortgage hoodwinkery of 8 years ago...nary an executive will be imprisoned. It's always...."a few bad employees" were responsible. That makes fines totaling 9.9 billion over the past 7 months.

But...it's business as usual..carry on.

Billionaires collectively doing fleeces as white as snow. There is never ever any real punitive damages. Steal 50 bucks at the grocery store and go to jail for a month..steal a few billion and just pay the fine.
