99 pitches for Cueto thru 7 in a 1-1 game. One more inning for him at most.

Great decision by Price to keep Cueto in. That's why you consider paying him 25M. True ace in a game with less than 6-8 in the whole league...

Great outing by Cueto...classic Reds offense though giving him just one run SMH

Cueto with a great job in the 8th, ending with 125 pitches, after giving up a lead-off opposite field double and a sacrifice. He threw 9 to Braun in a great battle(#112-120) with 6 being fastballs -- 5 at 95 mph and and one at 96!

Cueto on pace to finish top 3 in innings, strikeouts and ERA...probably will have like 34 starts and a 8-3 record.

If Frazier just drops a bunt down in play, it's a guaranteed run with Hamilton at 3rd.
Bring in Chapman to close out the bottom of 9, boom, win.

Chapman is locating his fastball so well that he's barely even throwing the offspeed. For good reason, if he can move that ball all over at 102, you don't even need the other stuff. He's looking awesome.

Then when he throws a slider, it's that much more devastating.

Your best players need to be your best players, and then get contributions from some of the also rans (like Cozart).Azubuike24;1723484 wrote:Votto, Cueto and Chapman all playing like superstars this year...
The go ahead run looked much closer in live action. For a second It hought it was gonna be like that famous jeter play where he flips it to home and Giambi was tagged out when he didnt slide. In another view though, Hammy was safe by a whole lot.
thought those balk calls were BS. Even in slow motion you could barely see anything. No doubt the brewers gave him a heads up to look for it.
