Master's week. A sure sign spring is coming.

Rory, Bubba, Speith and Scott are the favorites. Tiger is playing and Vegas not giving him much of a chance. 40 or 50/1 depending on where you look. Phil looks a lot better this year than last. Dustin Johnson has been sharp since his return. Fowler was top 5 in all the Majors last year. Jason Day has been in the hunt at Augusta before. Stenson and Reed have good as well.

Should be great.

I'm getting in the Millionaire Maker tournament on Draft Kings. $20 entry. Top prize- a cool 1 million dollars. So planning on winning that. Haven't settled on a team yet.

Who do you have?
Does Tiger finish the tourney?
Does he even make the cut?

I'm going with Speith just because I really like him and it would great to see him win. I don't think Tiger finishes the tourney or makes the cut.

I've never done a Draft Kings event but just joined for the big Masters tournament they do.

You get $50K to pick six golfers. Mine were:

Bubba Watson - $12,200
Jordan Speith - $11,900
Hunter Mahan - $7,200
Jonas Blixt - $6,800
Charley Hoffman - $6,000
Cameron Tringale - $5,900

No idea what I'm doing but those are the guys I'm hoping do well!

Need birdie machines this year. Rainy forecast. Course could be wet and scores could be low. Get some big hitters. I like Bubba and Scott. Speith is so hot...gotta feel like at some point he is going to wear out from being in contention every week and have an "off week" and finish 20th.

Tiger will be playing in the Par 3 tomorrow, supposedly with his kids. This according to Mark O'Meara, who played practice rounds with Tiger today and yesterday.

I'll be drafting my team later today.

Side bet, I took Gary Woodland for $5 at 80/1 to be first round leader.

I don't like Holmes this week. He is long which is huge but he is 170th in driving accuracy. He was dead last in driving accuracy last week of those who made the cut. Still...very impressive he won but he won't get away with that this week. His birdie % is 4th on tour.

I think Tiger performs A LOT better than most are expecting. I see a top 10-15 for him. From everything I've seen and read about him this week, just gives me a good feeling.

As far as winner? I like Speith. And a dark horse for me, Ian Poulter.

He has to remember to bring his clubs first.

Bubba all the way!

If Tiger continues to stink it up all year, I may be ready to admit that he's done and munch on some crow.

I have a daughter there doing food service for the media room. She says they are a bunch of drunken pigs.

I don't doubt it. Golf is a pretentious game full of pretentious people.

Has less to do with golf and more to do with media rooms in general. Media hospitality rooms are always full of people acting like drunken pigs; I say that as both a witness and as someone who acted like one.

The Masters has always been known for ridiculously low food prices but nothing beats free.
