Yet everyone thinks the police should shoot to mame or taze. I've already seen plenty of comments on the articles.

The police should be able to shoot the machete knocking it out of his hand without anyone getting injured.

I'm thinking a round house kick to the arm, knocking the machete out of his hands. Followed by 2 Rick Flair chops, kick to the mid section which makes the perp bend over.
