Was at the Hillsdale v Smithville game....WOW! Both teams played their butts off tonight. Definitely two playoff teams, would love to see the rematch in the regional final.

Anybody have the final on the Manchester Triway game? I heard Manchester was up 21-7 in that one.

I guess the smithies playing north really prepared them. Told you karma would catch up with them. Still going with my cats as county champs.

All kidding aside, the league title will be well earned this year. And IMO, if a team wins it outright, they belong up there with one of the all time great league teams. That includes the 2002 Smithies and the 2011 Cats

Manchester 49-12. Jim France don't go 0-4 for no one.

So Manchester won 49-12 over Triway. I think this is down to the Smithies, Falcons, and the Chipps. Barring upsets. Hillsdale beat Manchester 31-7 in week one and Norwayne only beat them 14-13. And the beat down the Titans took tonight against Manchester (49-12) only solidifies the validity of the Hillsdale beat down on Manchester. Norwayne and Waynedale are 2 scores below the Hillsdale, Smithville and Chippewa. The Chipps IMO, are the team to beat. The Falcons really struggle against an athletic QB.

Triway with 7 turnovers. Chipps stalk. Smithville got hosed on the phantom TD catch.

Yeah they did!!! I just watched the flim of that so called catch!!!! The refs had it right calling it incomplete.... 3 of them got together and called it incomplete. Then the head ref from 35 yards away over ruled them and said it was a catch!!!!! Such a bs call. There's no way that kid caught that ball

The 2011 Cats ended in a 3 way tie for the league championship. They had to come back at the end of game 10 against Hillsdale to get a share. The 2012 Cats destroyed everyone in the league

The Hillsdale , Smithville game was a battle to the end!!! I still wish Smithville would have at least tried a field goal as time expired!

Hearing from a very reliable source that week 2 in 2016 & 2017 will be Norwayne @ Orrville.

Yes, both games at Orrville.

This would be the first regular season matchup between Orrville & a WCAL school since 1981....which was again vs. Norwayne.

Wow El Choppo, you sure are stuck on that Akron North game! that was 3 weeks ago! Smithville was very well prepared for the Hillsdale game! It could have gone either way. The league games are going to be tight this year and I think no one escapes without a loss in league play. There are some great games again this week! Norwayne vs Chippewa and Hillsdale vs Waynedale. I also think ther Smithville vs Northwestwrn game will be close! Dalton and Rittman will also slug it out!
