she will replicate her husband's presidency that gave us prosperity and budget surpluses
she is not a member of the party controlled by big business, minded religious fanatics and the Koch brothers
Or maybe we can just live in a world where people get elected because of their ability rather than their skin color, their gender, or sexual orientation.

I know crazy right! But yeah we totally need to make history here because making history is more important than electing the best candidate.

Your premise is filled with holes.

Just to scratch the surface, some would argue that the prosperity and budget surpluses of the 90's had everything to do with the Rs getting control of congress and the purse strings of the budget. Google is a HUGE big business as are many of the other Silicon Valley types. General Motors has the knick-name Government Motors for a reason. It's no secret which way they lean. Add in the MSM, higher education institutions and their elites, Hollywood elites, private and public sector unions (especially teachers) and tell me they aren't controlling or at least walking in lock-step with the Ds. The global warming now climate change folks are nothing short of a fanatical religious group and look at who they control. As others have stated, George Soros has his money spread throughout the Ds.

The media coverage on big time D donors is basically nill. People just rant and rave about the Koch brothers but completely ignore big business contributions to the D.

Or Obama. Remember Obama was against same sex marriage when he was elected the first time and now he is for it. You could do this for pretty much any politician really.

Agreed. Seems to be an all too common political trait today.

Come on...what world do you think we live in?

Besides, we made history in 2008...and look how well that worked for us.

The Prosperity and Budget, wow. President Bush sure did a great job of providing us with prosperity, plunging us into the recession. And that is true of Both Bushes. But in the middle Clinton gave us prosperity. As to budget surplus, given your view a Republican Congress and Republican President should give us a guaranteed surplus. Well that has not happened for over 75 years. Nice job President Clinton on giving us a surplus. Gosh a ruddies your claims about big business being so strongly for the Dems. And who do you use as an example non-profits and GM and silicon valley Gosh GM spending seems pretty evenly split for a company in the bag for the dems as does Dell. Every once in a while we find a decent rich person who is willing to spend money for the benefit of society but the great bulk of them use their money in order to screw over those in need and protect their own wealth, power and influence like the Kochs.

Wolf Blitzer was babbling on about a Bush / Kasich ticket last night just so the GOP could count on taking both FL & OH. Big F'n Deal...it's still two dipshits that don't get anybody excited except a Methodist Potluck. Where is the Repub Star? Is there even one out there? Don't think so...Hillary Rodham Clinton is #45 slam dunk.

Except Bill won't have any power and Hillary isn't going to pull together people from the other side. The Republicans don't respect her and neither do some Democrats. She will be a colossal failure and continue the Obama's vision of divide and conquer. But it will be cool because we at least made history! Yay!

Does being female trump being hispanic? Which minority should we give the WH to for being a minority rather than the most qualified?

We've already made history with a minority so being female is more important so we can make history again. After Hilary's 8 years, we will then need to elect a homosexual so we can once again make history. The reality is, the focus is becoming more and more on hiring people because of their gender/race/sexual orientation so that anyone who criticizes can simple be labeled a racist/sexist/bigot as needed. It's a sad day.

Then I would hope the Republicans file a lawsuit to challenge Mr. and Mrs. Clinton for violating the 22nd amendment of the US Constitution. Of course this would be seen as sexism from the liberal media and they'd get away with it.
