Read this article in the enquirer yesterday about investors (Oscar Robertson and frostee Rucker lmao) buying up land in Monroe and other parts of Dayton/Cincinnati to prepare for legalized recreational marijuana in the state.
Looks like Cincinnati is going to become the marijuana capital of the state.
Wish I had some dough to throw down on this. Colorado is absolutely raking in the money. So much so they are actually giving money back to taxpayers.

First we have to get the dingbats in this state to approve this. I'm definitely up for investing.SportsAndLady;1704684 wrote:Read this article in the enquirer yesterday about investors (Oscar Robertson and frostee Rucker lmao) buying up land in Monroe and other parts of Dayton/Cincinnati to prepare for legalized recreational marijuana in the state.

I don't see Ohio legalizing recreational marijuana within the next decade. We can't even get medical marijuana because voters are ignorant.

Maybe. But If these people are dropping 25k as deposits knowing if there is no legalization they won't get that back, they must feel the opposite.justincredible;1704692 wrote:I don't see Ohio legalizing recreational marijuana within the next decade. After a quick glance at the article in the OP I do not like this proposal and would not vote for it. It would basically grant a monopoly on the industry within the state.

That proposal is terrible. That would create monopolies. You want to vote for this http://www.legalizeohio2016.orgjustincredible;1704694 wrote:After a quick glance at the article in the OP I do not like this proposal and would not vote for it. Sad, but true. Apparently need to wait until enough idiots die off that intelligence and logic have a chance at prevailing.

I actually like Kasich. His balanced budget strategy appears to be working and he is a pretty down to earth guy. Just a little too religious for my liking but other than that seems okay.Ytowngirlinfla;1704709 wrote:Or get rid of the this horrible Governor.

My understanding is that within this suggested bill the sites for growing reefer have already been suggested... around the state

therefore, all governors suck.
Actually, I like Kasich a lot. Ohio is one of a handful of states that have their shit togther. He might be a little too much of a RINO for me, but he's done a good job walking the fine line in order to move Ohio forward.[I actually like Kasich. Has anyone been to a dispensary in Colorado. I went to one in December. I was surprised that even there they have some strains reserved only for Medical Marijuana users. The prices even with tax weren't very much more then the prices I paid in college. They actually had a deal while we were there called the 12 strains of Christmas which made me laugh.

I've been to one in Colorado and also lived next door to one in California. They are very well run and with high security. Always had an armed security guard. There are so many different strains specifically made for different ailments.sportchampps;1704748 wrote:Has anyone been to a dispensary in Colorado. I went to one in December. Sorry about their luck, Meigs County has held the record for the best pot not only in Ohio but most of the nation for darn near forty some years.
