Tyvis Powell gone. Didn't expect that one but guess he thinks his draft stock won't improve with another year.

I won't be surprised if any of the junior starters leave this year. Only one that will truly shock me is if Jalin leaves.

Powell leaving isn't bad for osu. Bad tackler, didn't cover well, dropped a ton of int's. He made a lot of plays also, but don't think he's a player I'd be worried about replacing.

You're about as good at motivating people as you are at picking bowl game winners, loser.

I'm pretty fucking good at gloating...check my thread in Pro Sports. I missed a few college games thus year but I'll destroy you on picking NFL playoff wins Heretic. Or are your girly shorts too tight on the Vag to step up?

Agree. Tyvis is a great Buckeye, but I think he was overrated on the field.

He had done so well and repaired his image. Was doing a lot of great things. This will crush him. I'd assume no more talking to college teams, no more appearances to anyone. This is really really going to be hard to recover from.

The ONLY good news for him personally, is that he's not on probation any longer.

Personally don't see Apple or Powell being successful in the NFL. Just wonder if Ash leaving played a role in their decisions.

GLENDALE, Ariz. -- Torrance Gibson isn't going anywhere.
"I'm back for sure next year," Gibson said after Ohio State's 44-28 Fiesta Bowl win over Notre Dame on Friday. "Why would I leave Columbus? It's an easy question to answer. Urban Meyer, I trust him with my future. I'm going to give him 110 percent on the field and I hope he believes in me."

Glad to hear that. I thought he'd for sure be out.

Now let's hope he puts in the work at WR and gets on the field.

And that they actually use the WRs next season. Maybe throw some balls downfield like we did in 2014.

I'd like to see him push JT for the QB position rather than go for the WR position.

Bad move by Jalin in my opinion. Apple and Powell will get drafted, but I could see Marshall not being picked up.

Jalin would have been smarter to come back and be the featured offensive talent in next year's offense. This is a poor choice by him and he's getting bad advice.

That's puzzling by Jalin. He's a small turnover prone slot receiver. Yeah he's fast but so are a lot of NFL WRs.

Need a OC who has some balls. This is an Urban Meyer influence though; Urban likes the zone read, short pass game because its a lower risk for turnovers and relies entirely on his strength, which is recruiting the best talent possible.

Any clue on who's going to be the RB next year? Our offense is going to struggle a bit without a solid RB like Zeek to carry our blemishes in the passing game.

I thought it was pretty much set in stone that he moved to WR?

He's not an NFL talent in my opinion.

RB by committee is my guess. I'm hoping Weber emerges.

From my understanding, he was moved there last year because he wanted a chance to see the field and QB was already settled at the two deep. I think he wants to be a QB and I think he has the potential to be much better than JT in Urban Meyer's offense.
