He's the most NFL ready of the QB's in this draft, imo. He may be a scumbag POS but his football IQ is pretty high. He seems to be able to read defenses/go through progressions. I'd take him over Johnny Manziel in a heartbeat if he weren't accused of pulling a Roethlisberger. For that reason, I'd be pissed if the Browns took him.

Really? Did you see him play this year? He was terrible at reads. Threw a lot of interceptions.
