Just was reading online that The Golden Lamb is Ohio's most historic restaurant, according to the hack on Yahoo.

With it being reasonable driving distance from my humble abode.....is it that good?

It's a great place - especially in the winter. I would recommend you go to dinner there and spend the night. It has great historical rooms and a great ambiance. Lebanon is a really nice town to walk around as well.

Been down to that area few times. Went skydiving near there a couple of times and this fall found ourselves near there in Waynesville and took one of those BS ghost tours or whatever. Biggest. Waste. Ever.

It used to be great, we would go every year around Christmas for dinner. It's pretty bad now, quality has dropped drastically in the last few years.

It sucks when a restaurant is good for the first two or three years (or 200), and then the quality drops.

Yeah, yesterday Yahoo had a link with each state's most iconic and that is why I started it.
