Will be interesting what comes out of the ATL and Cle issues. I think ATL needs to get doubled whatever Clev gets. I remember Indy being accused of doing this a number of years ago but nothing came of it.

I have a feeling though the league will come down hard though as a deterrent

Don't shoot the messenger but I heard a rumor coming out of Atlanta that the Browns "severe" punishment was a 2nd & a 4th.

As far as the earlier "2nd & 4th" report, it was coming out of Atlanta.

Just incredibly stupid to believe (I know, you only posted it and you didn't say you believed it..) that the Browns would lose a second and fourth round pick for the GM texting the coordinator.

Reported what I heard, not what I believed. Like you said. Big difference. Had I said "I think that is what the punishment is going to be" I'd agree with you.

I wasn't falling for it myself. I was just the dumbass who forgot to add "there's no way they are getting fined this badly" but when I post some shit like that, when I hear it, it goes from "what I heard" to "boy, ol BR's a dumbass for believing that."
