Tampa completed a long pass, but Marvin Lewis illegally threw the challenge flag (under 2 minutes, remember, no challenges allowed). He went crazy, the refs huddled and they actually reviewed the play. Bucs had 6 lineman, 5 WR's and a QB. 12 men on the field. Reversed the play, backed them up 10 and loss of down. The refs missed the call (12 men clearly in the huddle and lined up on the line of scrimmage) and the resulting play got the Bucs into FG range. Lewis did all he could to delay the game and although he couldn't officially challenge, all plays under 2 minutes can be reviewed at ref discretion.

Should have been a penalty on Lewis as well. It's a penalty but it's only a loss of timeout Schwartz did it with no timeouts left so it cost them 15
