At least we are not in Montana. Lows nearing 20 below zero in Butte, 12 below in Bozeman and 6 below in Great Falls were the forecast.vdubb96;1673952 wrote:This cold sucks!

East side of Cleveland (Mentor, Willoughby, etc) already getting hammered with snow. Buddy of mine is on sales calls up that way and posted a pic to Facebook. We haven't been hit (yet) in Solon but they were calling for 3"+ by rush hour. Not looking forward to the hour+ commute home.

This will be the same for me tonight. I have to drive East on 422 from Solon to get to Rt 44 and head through Mantua. Once I hit Ravenna on Rt 14, it will be bone dry. It's like you're driving from one world to another.Belly35;1674025 wrote:not suprising worked in Cleveland for years when from Avon zero snow to Chardon six inch of snow within a hour drive. Anyone recommend a ski jacket. I need it to be really warm though last year it was 30 below at the top of the mountain.

Radio this morning said somewhere in the Eastern Cleveland suburbs got 18" over the last 24 hours and are expecting 7"+ more today. Think it was Mentor, but not sure. My drive in was pretty clear until I hit Solon which is getting hit pretty hard. Not a lot of accumulation yet, but it's getting there.
