It wasn't a necessary post, you already posted what I tried to pre-empt. And I've already made my point about the band of fools you FW and Iggy are so I can go back to discussing Cavs now.

Not sure I agree with that. I'd rather have Lebron for the 4th than Lebron blow up in the 1st, although I get the argument that if Lebron is aggressive early and the Cavs are staked to a big lead we won't need him for the 4th.

How many people here feel the need to constantly brag about oneself and what they do for a living? You're a lawyer...so what. I ran a company for 20 years and made more than you will ever make per year. So who gives a shit how much money I have? Nobody. Here's a clue Shemp...when I started out as a 20 something year old punk, I didn't waste my precious time hanging out in social settings. No, there was no internet, but plenty of places to. hang out.

As for my math skills, I will put up my math transcripts against yours...any time you want. You don't become a life master at duplicate bridge at the age of 43 unless one is brilliant in logic and probability/statistics.

Now back to hoops....Would love to see JR break out of his shooting slump. I'm sure he will. Can't rave enough about TT's prowess on the glass. Damn he was clutch down the stretch with the game on the line. Delli continues to play way better than what I'd ever see out of him.

People are complaining about lack of blowouts but both games were within 3 points of the betting spread. I look for a sweep.

I'm absolutely certain that someone who thinks an increase from 16 to 48 is a 300% increase, as you did, was never anywhere close to brilliant in logic and probability/statistics.

I'm also absolutely certain that someone who, as everyone on this site who saw your posts on the subject will attest, completely botched the calculation of percentiles was never anywhere close to brilliant in logic and probability/statistics.

and LO-F'G-L at you critiquing me for saying I'm a lawyer and then dropping that you're a MASTER AT BRIDGE. At least the title I drop actually means something. And I don't even say it unprovoked, it only seems to come up when you or Pick are running your mouths.

You didn't have to explain that you didn't spend your time in social settings in your young adulthood, it was already obvious.

I'll admit to this. But in my semi-defense it's mostly because I'm pointing out errors in reasoning or logic that inevitably devolve into pissing matches because if there's something that gets someone blood boiling faster than anything it's someone pointing out the flaws in their line of reasoning or logic.

I'm trying to cut back but there is a ton of flawed reasoning on here and sometimes I can't help myself. My job training tought the application and analysis of logic and reasoning and my job reinforces the importance of it, so it's really hard to sit back on the sideline while witnessing flawed reasoning (or in Footwedge's case the botching of elementary mathematics)

I'm cognizant that I can be an ass about it from time to time. Trying to chill out about doing it

Think the Celtics make any lineup adjustments at home to try to generate some additional production? In all honesty, I find it interesting that they bring Thomas off the bench. It seems that their most productive group is when Thomas and Smart are both on the court at the same time, with Olynyk at the 5 spot. Bradley has been completely ineffective thus far, and it wouldn't surprise me to see them make a switch.

JR needs to start finding his stroke as well. I feel that the spacing has been off a little this series, which can largely be attributed to JR not knocking down shots. Hopefully, he gets it rolling tonight in Boston, and the landslide follows.

Regardless of who is in the lineup for Boston, I'm expecting the next home game for the Cavaliers to be in the EC semis.

My guess is that Bass will not be in the starting lineup either. Sullinger provided a ton of offense in limited minutes. I know he's just coming back from injury recently, but can't hold anything back at this point.
