| What: Beach/Sand wrestling tournament. $15 entry fee. Entry form available at www.orangewrestling.com When: THIS SUNDAY September 14th, 2014. Weigh ins (blocked weights) @ 11:30 AM Who: Middle School, High School and Adult Divisions. Would run youth and female divisions if sign-ups occur. Where: Olentangy Orange HS (just north of Columbus). The boosters recently added a large, deep sandpit at the back of the school for strength training. Why: Break up the monotony of training Attire: Males: swim trunks, compressions or board shorts Females: Athletic one or two piece (no tie-tops) Other Goodies: It's the end of summer and this is Columbus, so there will be a tasty selection of eats (including City Barbecue and Lemonade Shakeups).
