Hard time for smoking a decriminalized drug... I doubt it. The only time arrests happen for marijuana now are if it's found on a traffic stop. Otherwise marijuana is only an add on when busts happen for bigger drugs. They just aren't trying to do busts for marijuana anymore. There are the rare cases though where they bust people who have large, LARGE amounts of it.

In fact in most cases if they pick you up and you have say meth or heroine but also have weed, they'll likely drop the marijuana charge or never charge you with it at all.

Alcohol is way more dangerous than weed... And we have commercials on tv all day for kids to see.

LOL. Well, for the DUI part, I can see the criminal prosecution part, since that does mean he went Full Tiernan on the world, which shouldn't be allowed to happen.

If the congress of these United States of 'Murica has decided weed is worse than alcohol then by God I'm 100% in agreement. Gordon has demonstrated time and time again he has no respect for himself, his teamates, his city and most of all this great country of ours. The more I think about it...possibly the Death Penalty would be appropriate just to send a strong clear message. If we could get a two-fer and put Haslam in the chair next to him, I'd love to pull the big switch.
