So much for discrimination only affecting minorities. Imagine if this job ad(USA GOV) had said "White candidates only".

Truthfully, externalizing failure is something people of all races do routinely. This could have just as easily pointed at one of the women (especially talking graduate programs, many of which are underrepresented with females).rmolin73;1645067 wrote:
